We use the Ages and Stages Questionnaire screening tool in addition to the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers at the appropriate well child visits.

In addition to our 20 years of experience in developmental assessments, our practice uses the Ages and Stages Questionnaires: A parent-completed, child-monitoring system. This developmental assessment helps identify communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving and personal-social strengths and weaknesses. Referral to developmental or neurological specialists can be made as necessary.

We use the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT) at the 18 months and 24 months well child visits.
