Our patients have asked us for information to participate in the puzzle art  collection for their homes/ playrooms or our office.

 "HOW TO" add to our puzzle art collection---

1. Enjoy family time solving puzzle!

2. Apply Glossy Mod Podge to front of puzzle.

3. Follow instructions to attach sealed puzzle to colored foam board, which doubles as a mat, by applying Mod Podge first to back of puzzle, then the front of puzzle in place on the board. 

4. Proudly present for display with index card with child's (children's)  name (s)  and age (s) with parent's permission.
